What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?

We want you and your furry friend to be happy! 🐾

  • We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please include your name and order number inside the return package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait until it arrives before initiating a return.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please review your order confirmation email carefully.

  • If the address is incorrect, contact us at Support@furbaecozy.com within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update it.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after 24 hours for orders submitted with an incorrect address.
